Purge!

'Tis the season to purge the kid's closets.  And, then go around trying to find clothes to replace some of the outgrown ones.  Thankfully, grandparents will  gift some clothes for Christmas.  And, thankfully my kids do not have crazy notions about being stylish, a perk of home education.

These overflowing bags will go to friends.  The one big bag will go to Goodwill.  Oh how I love to purge!

  1. What a blessing that you can give so much to others. And that you can find new (to you) clothes so easily. :)

  2. Oh, yes, I really want to do this too, but Sinter Klaas is coming to our home this week (a few days late, oh well) so we're pretty busy collecting stuff rather than getting rid of it.

And I'm still reading and reviewing books that I'm planning to give my family. The latest, Genius of Ancient Man, is amazing and is for my hubby. I can post it now, because he never reads my blogs; the older kids do, so I have to be more careful with reviews of their gift books. LOL

Hopefully next week I can purge; do you want some organic, homegrown pumpkins? Pity you live so far away!

  3. I am going through my whole house before this baby is born. We've lived here for over 4 years and have accumulated a bunch of stuff we don't use or need. I love the feeling of cleaning things out!
